Q:Shipping?
A:1. Can be shipped by air, by sea or express delivery. The estimate shipping time is 7 working days maximum by air or 10- 30 days by sea. Please advise which models, quantity and port of delivery, we will quote you shipping details. 2.You can use your own shipping company in China.

Q:Production time?
A:Our regular production time for sample is 5 days from the confirmation date, excluding shipping time. However, it can be +/- depending on the design, dimension and order quantity.

Q:When and how will you start production?
A:We will start production as soon as we receive your down payment. When production is finished, we will email you photos for confirmation and ask if any modification is required. We will effect the shipment as soon as we receive the balance payment.

Q:How to pay?
A:We accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), or Western Union if acceptable to you. Q:Minimum quantity?
A:1 piece. We welcome your sample order for MOQ 1 piece, and discounts available for larger quantities.

Q:Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
A:Yes, we can offer CE/UL blowers for our inflatable products.

Q:Warranty?
A:2 years' warranty. Since it's long distance to ship goods back, we will send you repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use glue and same color material to repair it.

Q:What are included in products?
A:Mainly including the inflatable products, air blowers(CE/UL approved) and repair kits. Please contact for details!

Q:Can you design one specially?
A:Yes, please send us details or a sketch of your requirements, our senior designers will make specially for you.

Q:What about size, color and logos?
A:Can be customized according to your special requirements or according to our online designs.

Q:What material?
A:Most of our inflatable products are made by industry leading Double Tuff Biaxial warp-knitted PVC 18oz coated nylon fabric,1000 Denier material. Our materials are flame retardant, water resistant and UV protected to withstand up to 120 degrees in temperature. The materials have passed BS5852 certification for the UK, and are compliant with ASTM requirements in America, and Australian safety standards for AS3533. All Inflatables are double stitched and triple stitched where required for strength and durability. More specific details about our materials are available upon request.
